John is the proud entrepreneur behind three businesses that he's grown from his passions; Rehab1, Maritime CrossFit & HeyJohnnyG Photography. Whether the client is a senior citizen who longs to dance, an athlete who dreams of mastering a pull-up, a beginner looking to get their health back or even a child learning to ride a bike, John lives to help people achieve their goals and dreams.

John spends his spare time hanging with his beautiful wife Nicole and their dogs, CrossFitting or playing golf.
